Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Allegra Suites website (the "Website"), as well as the booking procedures for rooms at the Allegra Suites accommodation property (the "Property").

2. Website Owner

The Website is managed by Angelo Poggi (the "Owner").

3. Services offered

Through the Website, users may consult information relating to the Property.

The Website allows bookings through the Wubook platform.

4. Booking methods

Room bookings may be made directly on the Website through WuBook, on OTAs such as Booking.com, and by direct contact via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.

5. Payments

Payments may be made online, in cash at the property, or by bank transfer.

6. Cancellation and modification policies

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival.

After that deadline, and in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

7. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

8. User obligations

Users undertake to use the Website in compliance with applicable law.

Users undertake not to provide false or misleading information.

Users undertake not to make fraudulent bookings.

9. Limitation of liability

Booking conditions.

A credit card is required to guarantee the booking. No charge is made at the time of booking. The total amount will be charged within the 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy.

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. After that deadline, or in case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Security deposit.

A pre-authorization of EUR 300 is required as a security deposit. The amount will not be charged and will be automatically released after check-out, unless damage is found.

10. Links to third-party platforms

The Website may redirect users to external platforms: allegra suites.

In such cases, data processing and contractual conditions are governed by the respective providers, acting as independent data controllers.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Website is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without authorization.

12. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

13. Governing law and competent court

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute, if the user is a consumer, the competent court is the court of the user's place of residence or domicile.

In all other cases, the competent court is La Spezia.

14. Amendments

The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Website.
